- NOTE: If you’re unable to make your Floor Time assignment then it is your responsibility to identify a replacement & advice the front desk of the change. Our Front Desk staff is glad to help but ultimately it’s your responsibility.
- Speaking of Important Stuff: Please make sure when covering the Phones to inquire as to what source the caller found the listing in. Remember…knowledge is power.
- Please e-mail Stephanie at Stephanie.obeso@CENTURY21.com with any new listing ads, price changes & Open Houses by Monday at 10 am.
- The Blue Open House Book is located at the Front Desk area. For accuracy’s sake, no verbal notices of changes can be accepted. Only those logged in the Blue Book or those emailed will be noted.
- NOTE: Incomplete “Ad-Sheet” + No Photo = No Advertisement. We’re not kidding about this….Help us make your ads the best they can be. We all benefit from your best marketing efforts.
