Sunday, June 10 – 2 to 6 pm / Please come and join us to celebrate the achievements of 2011 at our Annual company luau at Recreation Park in Monrovia. This event is pot-luck style and we look forward to celebrating with the entire CENTURY 21 Adams & Barnes sales family.

Monday, June 18CRMLS University offers FREE course!

Tuesday, June 19 – 10 am to 2 pm / The AAR is offering Zip Form Training at the Board Offices.

ADMINISTRATIVE STUFF

  • If you change or remove a listing from the up-book, please update or replace it.
  • Professional dress is required when meeting with clients and when working the floor so dress for success.
  • Office Caravan immediately following the office meeting. Get to know the inventory.
  • Weekly Floor Time Review (See the sched. at http://c21ab.net/floortime.html )
    • NOTE: If you’re unable to make your Floor Time assignment then it is your responsibility to identify a replacement & advice the front desk of the change. Our Front Desk staff is glad to help but ultimately it’s your responsibility.
    • Speaking of Important Stuff: Please make sure when covering the Phones to inquire as to what source the caller found the listing in. Remember…knowledge is power.
  • Please e-mail Stephanie at Stephanie.obeso@CENTURY21.com with any new listing ads, price changes & Open Houses by Monday at 10 am.
    • The Blue Open House Book is located at the Front Desk area. For accuracy’s sake, no verbal notices of changes can be accepted. Only those logged in the Blue Book or those emailed will be noted.
    • NOTE: Incomplete “Ad-Sheet” + No Photo = No Advertisement. We’re not kidding about this….Help us make your ads the best they can be. We all benefit from your best marketing efforts.
  • Help Mary get your listing info right. CREST EDG to her as soon as possible. Don’t forget about them changes.
